Paulius went above and beyond and handled everything on his end. I literally had to do nothing. I had a backend SKU field showing up as a customer-facing selector on my product page and reached out hoping for guidance. Instead, he just fixed it. No back-and-forth, no instructions for me to follow, no room for error. That is a level of service you do not expect from app support. Thank you, Paulius. Genuinely appreciated.
i was installing and deleting apps trying to get this done and Paulius help me out i was honestly going to delete this app like for real and just go onto another app to try get the layout and look i wanted but not only was he amazing in helping me with setting up kathing bundles but he also got me to download the subscription app and help me sort out everything on that side of things im telling that guy deserves a raise to be honest he was straight to the point and actually being actionable and not lazy ,props to Paulius because with out him i would have deleted this app ,good work man i never do reviews but this guy deserves it ,i believe it took an 1 hour or more hats off to Paulius good work!!!
This app didn't have the functionality I needed so I deleted it. Within minutes I received a phone call, a voice message, a text message, and 2 emails asking why I deleted and offering me a discount. One of these methods would have been appropriate. 4 reach outs in a matter of minutes is EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE and wildly off-putting.

We’ve been testing Kaching Bundles for OATENTIK and honestly the support made all the difference. Deividas jumped in immediately, got access to our store, reviewed our setup, fixed SKU logic, adjusted bundle configuration, added dynamic pricing structures, handled free shipping badges, and even helped style the subscription widget properly with custom CSS. We had quite a complex setup: • 1 / 2 / 4 pouch bundles • separate SKUs synced to accounting • dynamic currency (EU, UK, US) • price per liter calculations • subscription discounts with different frequencies • microcopy + Langify translations • custom CSS styling • PageFly conflicts He stayed calm, technical, and solution-oriented the entire time. What I appreciated most: • He didn’t just answer tickets - he actually thought through the business logic. • He explained Shopify limitations clearly (discount + SKU constraints). • He implemented what could be done on their side and was transparent about what requires dev work. • He adjusted translations that were added via ::after CSS. • He handled edge cases without pushing back. Excellent app, incredibly easy to set up, and the support for any issues is very quick. I couldn't find a way to translate a section of the widget displayed on my products, and Erikas helped me in less than 5 minutes.
