So far so good. The support has been great, Eligijus was very helpful.

I ran into a strange problem: the discount label on the product price wouldn't update when selecting different bundle cards. It kept showing the wrong discount amount, which was confusing for customers. I contacted support, and Domantas quickly figured out it was actually caused by my theme template, not the app itself. He fixed it for me within minutes and explained what went wrong. Really appreciate the fast troubleshooting and technical help. App works great now.
