Le support est top !

I had an excellent experience with Paul and couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the communication was professional, friendly, and efficient. What impressed me most was the willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was handled perfectly. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes the time to provide such outstanding support. The extra effort that Paull went did not go unnoticed, and it made a huge difference to my overall experience. I highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future. Thank you for the exceptional service Paul!

Dovydas was amazing really appreciate his work!

I had the pleasure of working with Dovydas and Dominykas, and I can honestly say they're some of the best in the business. They helped me set up everything from scratch, and the speed at which they delivered was impressive. What stood out most was how friendly and approachable they were throughout the entire process. No question felt too small, no detail too minor. The service was top-notch from start to finish.

Really easy to set up, and when I needed help, Dovydas was available to help within seconds -- thanks!

Best up bundles ever

Absolutely incredible support — fast, professional, and genuinely helpful! I had a few questions about setting up my bundles and ran into some issues along the way, and I spoke with Lukas who was outstanding. The response was almost immediate — within just a few minutes — and he walked me through a quick setup guide and sorted everything out perfectly. He even tested my store live and implemented a custom JS snippet to update the theme price and Add to Cart button based on the bundle price. Everything works flawlessly now. Super professional, super friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. This is exactly the kind of support every Shopify app should have. The app itself is great for creating bundles and kits, but the support team takes it to another level. Highly recommend! Thank you, Lukas and the Kaching team!

Really helpful and great team ! Thank you Sebastian
