Shoutout to Dovydas for the great support. Super fast response and didn't stop until the problem was solved. He didn't give up when the first solution didn't work — came back with another approach and also pointed me toward Kaching Cart which I hadn't considered. That extra recommendation alone saved me a lot of time. Really appreciate the persistence and the quick replies throughout. Great support.
Possibly the fastest, most to-the-point customer support I've ever experienced. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than a few minutes for a response from a live person, and so far, I've been able to get what I needed right then and there (no need for email follow-up), whether that's a helpful screenshot or a little bit of custom code. Shout out to Dovydas and Sam, who both came through for me like champs
