I have never ever had a good experience with Shopify apps regarding customer services. This customer service is amazing, they answer quickly and assist you! And the best of all is that they do not talk like robots where you have to guess if you are talking to a human or a fridge. But with Eligijus I had no doubt I was talking to a human. Thanks Kaching, great service!

Great app, I love the possibilities it offers me to present my products the way I wanted to and the way Shopify didn't allow me to. Erikas from support handled my requests excellently, a very nice person.
