Kachings functionality AND support team is amazing! Shoutouts to Deividas for taking the time to help us with a custom look for how we wanted our bundle to visually look. Had some trouble getting the visual layout we wanted and he took the time to answer all of our questions and implement the changes for us super fast.

I have been using kaching for year now and have loved every experience with it. Super helpful support team and very responsive. Just honorable mention to the latest of many team members, Sebastian who helped me out! Great work to you all. Highly recommend this bundling app as someone who has been running ecom stores for over 7 years now

Na sluitingstijd alsnog een hele snelle reactie gekregen wat ik niet had verwacht. Het systeem werkt erg makkelijk, ben er gewend aan geraakt in 1 late nacht (3 uur 's ochtends hahaha)

I spoke with two different agents today concerning setting up upsells and free gifts, both were very helpful and patient with me. This was my first day using the app so it was a bit of a learning curve. Because of their patience and thorough step by step directions, I was able to set everything up like I needed in order to increase my AOV. Both of the agents went above and beyond to help me. One of them asked for screenshots and even went on to my website to make sure everything was set up the proper way. Now that I know what I am doing, I love this app even more. The agents name were Dovydas and Paulius. Great customer service rep. They definitely need a bonus.

Really good app to configure aesthetic bundles that match with your branding and applying discounts. If you have any queries, don't hesitate to contact their support team. From my experience, Domantas was really reactive and listened carefully to my needs, he provided me with the solution in just a couple of minutes !
