Unjustified charges, extremely expensive. One month you’re paying the minimum, and the next month you get a $400 bill for using just three combinations. It’s not worth it. I uninstalled it after two months of use. It’s a shame because the concept was good, but I’ll look for another app that offers something without these exorbitant charges and without any notification.
Thanks for the honest feedback, and sorry for your experience. Your store actually had a great growth month in August (orders roughly quadrupled), and our pricing scales with order volume, so the charges tracked that growth rather than being random. The one thing that did go wrong on our end: the tail end of July's usage and August's usage landed in the same billing window, so it looked like one big $400 hit instead of two normal charges spread across two months. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we're truly sorry this experience fell short. We'd love the opportunity to make things right — we'd gladly refund the August usage charges to turn this around for you. The customer support I received was beyond anything I expected. In an age where most of the time customers get canned responses from bots, this company responded to all of my concerns and walked me through the solution. I just don't expect that anymore. Especially from an online company!

Maryna - very very very patient and lovely helper with a new person using the app, she was lovely throughout and gave picture refs to guide me. i then came back the next day (on her day off) and she spent ages with me to help me configure, troubleshoot, test and make sure it was working, it is basically 10pm in denmark so this girl has been absolutely outstanding and i hope the manager reads this and givers her a pay rise or promotion because she is an absolute gem for the company! what a star she is! a very very very very helpful lady. thank you so so so so much Maryna, David :)
