The customer support I received was beyond anything I expected. In an age where most of the time customers get canned responses from bots, this company responded to all of my concerns and walked me through the solution. I just don't expect that anymore. Especially from an online company!

Excellent support experience with the MBC Bundle app. Zia was extremely helpful throughout the setup process, with very quick responses and prompt fixes whenever needed. The support was professional, efficient, and made the integration process smooth. Highly recommended.

Great tool! Had a problem, with the widget though, contacted support via the chat and was helped immediately, when the problem wasn't fixable on the spot, their dev. team fixed it within 24h. Really cool! Thanks!

Er wordt goed meegedacht en zelfs worden de bundels voor mij gemaakt nadat ik de input heb gegeven. Op die manier weet ik zeker dat alle instellingen goed staan. Nu staat alles klaar en kunnen de bundels bijna live.

L'application est top. Il y a certes quelques améliorations à effectuer, surtout lorsque l'on débute, c'est assez compliqué à comprendre. Heureusement, il y a l'assistance qui est top ! Sans l'aide de Maryna je n'aurais pas réussi à créer mes bundles. Merci à elle !
