We've had Bundle Builder on our store for about 5 years, recently the Kitenzo team have gone above and beyond to help me modernise and improve the customer experience. They were brilliant - responsive, creative and oh so patient.. holding my hand through every stage of the update and dealing with all my questions.

The support offered by the team was first rate, I was able to have questions answered and technical support offered where I needed it too. Highly recommend the support staff, and the bundle builder.

Exceptional app and services. I had some questions regarding the initial configurations and Dale was able to resolve them all in a timely manner. Very happy with the setup of the bundle page and the integration with the cart. High recommend to anyone wants to elevate the average order value.

I was having issues with how the app was incorporated into our website. Natalie and her team went above and beyond and fixed the entire set up. Now my bundles are integrated with our inventory!

I will be honest over the years we have had some issues with this app not working the way I want it to. The company has been so good in helping issues quickly and I could not say enough good things about it. Love this app and company

I've been using Kitenzo for about 3 to 4 years now, and I'm really pleased with the functionality of their app. The team is super responsive and always willing to help if any issues come up or if I have questions. They keep things well integrated with Shopify updates, and overall, it's definitely worth checking out. I've tried many different bundle apps, and for the price and functionality, Kitenzo stands out as one of the best!

In terms of functionality, this app is perfect - it gets the job done without issue. In terms of aesthetics, the team did everything they could to help me with guidance and even building custom code to suit my personal needs and desires. A very good app and an incredible experience. Great app for bundling products together and for managing inventory. The support team is very responsive, which is important to us as we don't have coding experience.
