I use the app mainly to offer buy x discounts (buy 10 and get 10%)and it works very well! The support is very responsive and solves any inconvenience fast.

Terrible and rude support. We have another app that we've had installed for years that recently updated, and Bundle Bear no longer works correctly. Support team from the other app knows that it can be compatible but Bundle Bear support is unwilling to listen and we were pushed away and told to just delete the other app. They also refused to talk with the other app's support team through phone/video as they only will communicate through email. Will be deleting this app very soon which is a shame because we've used this for years as well.
Hello, We're sorry to hear about the negative experience you had with our app. We've investigated the issue at your store thoroughly, with both admin store access and our tech team reviewing it twice. Had a solution existed to integrate the two applications for your store, we would have been pleased to resolve the issue. As explained in our email, the Shopify checkout process currently prevents our discount from being applied to products that are also modified by your other app. This conflict is blocking the Bundle Bear discount from loading correctly during checkout. However, if you remove the 'dual' checkout button, the Bundle Bear discount will function seamlessly. Please feel free to contact us via email at [email protected] if you have any further questions.
