Bundle Bear is great and customer service is very helpful and responsive.
I like this app alot as it helps me improve my conversion by selling product in bundles. Their customer support are very nice and friendly and solves your problem very quickly. i recommend this app to everyone.
Very good service! I had a coding problem and they solve it very well! Fast and professionell! Also I want to thank Maria for a good and kindly support!
The app is not robust. The reason 1) the app does not replace the previously stock bundles that I had on my website. Tech support stated they are unable to do this. 2) The app does not allow me to add multiple different offers on the product page for example offer a) buy x get y free offer b) buy a + b get c % off again tech support said they were unable to do this.
Abuzar was incredibly fast to support me today! Thanks for your help. Now my offers can run smoothly and I feel a lot more peace of mind.

There customer service is slow. They also have soldiers that are part of the Israeli war. If you support this company, your hard earned dollars are funding oppression, apartide and genocide. I don't support them. There design team is away for a month because they've been called in to fight the war. Disgusting that they would even tell a customer that. I DONT SUPPORT GENOCIDE, AND I WILL NOT PUT MY MONEY IN THERE COMPANY.
Always great service with any of their apps, efficient, professional and most of all, fast... they know your time is valuable
