Die App an sich ist okay, man kann aufjedenfall damit arbeiten. allerdings ist der support erstklassig. Egal wann du ihnen schreibst, sie helfen und sind kompetent.

Abuzar was a tremendous help throughout the entire process and resolving the issue I was having. I would recommend this app to everyone because of the simplicity and how aesthetically pleasing the bundle formatting is compared to other apps. Super flexible and creative, definitely engaging for customers.

attrocious, when used in tangent with other cart things bundle bear buldozes everything and sends to rando pages. do not get this if your testing offers, your conversion rate will drop.
Hey there, Im sorry to see that you did not find what you were looking for in our app. I see here that you used the app for less than two hours in total, so I think a one star review is an unfair reflection compared to the 397 merchants who have increased their AOV and Cart totals with Bundle Bear, and given us a 5 star rating. Worst customer service I've ever seen from an app with such a high rating. Itai from customer service reads your messages and ignores you when they are clearly online. Be aware: everything was working fine for a few months until the discount stopped working on its own. We didn't change anything or even install new apps. I contacted support to fix it and got no help. It's been over a week without a solution or even a reply. They change settings on the app without telling or consulting with you, despite being told not to do so.
