I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Candy Rack, thanks to Glacy's exceptional customer service! I encountered a minor issue and reached out for help. Glacy was not only responsive but also incredibly patient and attentive in addressing my concerns. The problem was resolved quicker than I anticipated, with Glacy guiding me through every step with ease and professionalism. It's rare to find such dedicated and effective support! I highly recommend Candy Rack, not only for their exceptional customer support but also for their fantastic product. It’s a game-changer for allowing customers to discover and grab items they might not have considered or had the chance to browse. I love using it and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

This app does exactly what we wanted. It allows a little offer after a product is added to cart, which has allowed us to get a little bump on AOV, it's also been useful for post purchase upsell, although we're still figuring out the best offers for our customers. Customer support are awesome and Lucia was MEGA helpful and you can tell they really want us to succeed as a business.

I must admit there was a few bumps to make it perfect for our theme, but exceptional customerservice made it a fantastic experience overall! Easy to use when you get the picture and it works so good! :)

Amazing - works solidly with my theme as well, unlike some of the competition. Support is also stunning, they changed the look to a perfect match with the theme!

Absolutely delighted with this app. I needed an app the did Digital upselling and they did. I needed an app toshow the upsell either on the product or cart page and they did. A very easy process setting everything up. Superhelpful team. Cannot recommend hightly enough!!

This app is very suitable for stores that need to have some options to upsell their products on their product page. while I am new to using this app I can tell when a developer makes an effort to provide the best UI possible for its users and for that reason and support available to users as well I will give it a 5 starts and hope they can continue to improve their app as well.

Amazing helpdesk. Contacted them yeserday around 5pm and after some detailed testing from their side it was clear there were some adjustments needed. Within the next hours i got contacted by another helpdesk worker with the message that the issue was completely fixed. He also send me some videos for me to see. I am glad the issue got fixed. (really fast) I have tested a lot of upsell apps and this one is simply working the best, so i am happy i can continue using it on my webshop.
