Fantastic app and fantastic support - highly customizable and offers a fast option to upsell products to our customers without affecting the structure of our product pages. We spoke with Emmanuel who was very understanding and quick to help with any questions we had.

It is a great application. Its interface is very useful and understandable. You can easily do what you want. Also, if you have any problems, customer service responds immediately and solves your problem quickly. You can choose it with ease.

I highly recommend Candy Rack, not only for their exceptional customer support but also for their fantastic product. This app does exactly what we wanted. It allows a little offer after a product is added to cart, which has allowed us to get a little bump on AOV, it's also been useful for post purchase upsell, although we're still figuring out the best offers for our customers. Customer support are awesome and Lucia was MEGA helpful and you can tell they really want us to succeed as a business.

I must admit there was a few bumps to make it perfect for our theme, but exceptional customerservice made it a fantastic experience overall! Easy to use when you get the picture and it works so good! :)

This app is very suitable for stores that need to have some options to upsell their products on their product page. while I am new to using this app I can tell when a developer makes an effort to provide the best UI possible for its users and for that reason and support available to users as well I will give it a 5 starts and hope they can continue to improve their app as well.

Amazing helpdesk. Contacted them yeserday around 5pm and after some detailed testing from their side it was clear there were some adjustments needed. Within the next hours i got contacted by another helpdesk worker with the message that the issue was completely fixed. He also send me some videos for me to see. I am glad the issue got fixed. (really fast) I have tested a lot of upsell apps and this one is simply working the best, so i am happy i can continue using it on my webshop.
