Candy Rack • Upsell Cross‑sell

This app is very suitable for stores that need to have some options to upsell their products on their product page. while I am new to using this app I can tell when a developer makes an effort to provide the best UI possible for its users and for that reason and support available to users as well I will give it a 5 starts and hope they can continue to improve their app as well.

Amazing helpdesk. Contacted them yeserday around 5pm and after some detailed testing from their side it was clear there were some adjustments needed. Within the next hours i got contacted by another helpdesk worker with the message that the issue was completely fixed. He also send me some videos for me to see. I am glad the issue got fixed. (really fast) I have tested a lot of upsell apps and this one is simply working the best, so i am happy i can continue using it on my webshop.

The support with this app is phenomenal. I have had a ton of questions, and they've looked into every issue I've had with patience and courtesy. The app works as expected. I was a little disappointed to find out the thank you page upsell is currently unavailable on the new checkout, but they're working on getting this back. I'm currently using a checkout upsell and post purchase upsell and everything is working like it should. The app paid for itself within the first day or two.

We've used "Candy Rack" in many different Shopify Stores with all kinds of themes and with a bit CSS it's easily adjusted to feel integrated into any design. Working with it for a while, we can not only recommend it, but we also guarantee that it's one of the best developer's and app's out there. Digismoothie's "Candy Rack" will increase "AOV" and make all products feel more connected for the customer. Would Recommend: Working with Digismoothie team (Candy Rack) for about 3 months and they have been very helpful and responsive in working with us on our Upsells. We had 13k Upsells that were required to add to our site. The CSV upload option with the team really has helped us do what needed to be accomplished in a much more efficient manner; and we appreciate how much you can modify/adjust for design without doing any coding, which is an option and would let you take your customizations even further if you wished. Customer Service has been quick and responsive, uploads happen overnight for us which works out great and VERY rarely if there is an issue that has occurred during an upload, only takes them about a day to resolve. Lucia, Christian, Andres and Rein are a few individuals that we have had the pleasure of working with and all have provided excellent customer service. Thank you to the entire team for your help with our site.

After trying out Honeycomb for a couple months we switched over to this app because they provide hands down the best customer service. These guys go out of their way to make sure the app works perfect. They actually went in and updated the code to make sure the appearance mirrored our site. If you need support they offer phone, chat and email. AOV shot up as soon as we made the switch. Thanks again for all your support. You have a customer for life!

I've had several bugs with my theme, but the support has been easy to work with and very quick to get them fixed.

A must have for every retailer. Very easy to set up and works great - it has already brought us dozens of sold products and a very nice turnover within the first weeks. I highly recommend.
