Great app and even better customer service. Response time is very quick and they go above and beyond to help. I've tried at least 15 other free trials and I so glad to have found Candy Rack!

Really impressed with the proactive and hands on assistance from these guys. After trialing other apps, their system was by far the most versatile and easy to use and get up and running. The pricing was honest and straightforward, just offering a full package for a fair price, rather than bits and pieces and different pricing tiers that end up hiding costs etc. Go you beauties!

Just started with Candy Rack app today and so far looks all great, and it is exactly what our business needs. Plus, the support so far was exceptional. Glency was a great help today, and we can't wait to see the results of using this app.

We LOVE Candy Rack. It is a beautiful app that looks great on our site--very professional. The customer service is top notch! Lucia helped us tremendously to setup the app so that it looked great on our store. When another one of our apps conflicted with the Candy Rack app, Lucia and the team fixed the issue, going above and beyond to make sure all was good. The app has brought us increased revenue and is just great!

I have been using this app for all my stores, it's worth it and gets the job done every time making your store more profitable. The app is very user-friendly and Sebastian at support was more than helpful during my special customization inquiries. I recommend every store doing volume to have this app!

Great UI and easy to customize. We had an issue with the popup not displaying correctly but the Candy Rack team helped us solve it fast and now it works very well!

Tolle Upsell & Cross-Sell App. Die einzelnen Funnels sind einfach aufzusetzen und mit einer tollen Kopierfunktion kann man die Funnels auch schnell auf mehrere Produkte ausrollen. Unfassbar guter Customer Service! Ich möchte ganz besonders Joan hervorheben! Es wurden alle gewünschten Anpassungen super schnell umgesetzt und die Antwortzeit auf Anfragen ist sehr schnell! Alles in Allem kann ich die APP nur bestens weiter empfehlen - nach langen Suchen nach einer guten Upsell App, die den Shop nicht langsamer macht und mit allen anderen Apps problemlos zusammenarbeitet - bin ich endlich fündig geworden!

Our products take a lot of customization and the wonderful support (especially Febby) were incredibly helpful in customizing the app so it would work for us. We have already seen an increase in sales by offering the upsell on our page.

Easy to use and great customer service! I tried other apps and they were just so complicated to set up. With this one, it took me 15 minutes. I had an idea on how I wanted my upsell offer to look like and they customized it for me. I am happy with this app.

Fantastic app and even better support. I've wanted to do things like customise the look and certain CSS, they jump right in quickly with knowledgable staff and make it happen. I also wanted to integrate it with another app I am using concurrently - they made that happen within the hour. A great partner for an ecommerce store.

This is the most convenient and easiest way to offer upsells. Very easy to set up, and it does what it promises. Also, customer care is amazing, they will help you customize the interface to match your websites' and also help you with any questions you might have.
