Excellent APP and excellent support from Lucia in CS, she was amazing. We almost gave up, we are not tech savvy, nor have the time to navigate issues so hate Apps without good customer service with a real person you can talk to. Who honestly wants to pay to speak to a bot or read through FAQs. Candy Rack has real people to help you onboard or fix your struggles or expand your understanding of the funnel and how you can maximise the value of the App. Lucia was brilliant - based in the same timezone, smart, kind, patient and understanding and it created real $/value for us having that first class support. Candy Rack is real value when you have the set down well, its well worth booking a call and working with the team, they will help you and support your ambitions. best ion all, its paid off the app iOS generating more value, and customers really do add to the basket.

I use Candy rack for my gifting business which works perfectly, therefore Candy Rack was my go-to for my new sock business. I know from my previous business people love ideas for extra items to add to cart, so adding Candy Rack to upsell mystery socks was a no brainer.

The BEST app I have used so far on Shopify Store! Literally increased my AOV incredibly since I activated it. Highly recommend it if you have products that are suitable for cross sell.

I love DigiSmoothie. I shopped around for a lot of upsell apps and they had the best reviews and after installing the app. I learned they totally live up to their reputation. I have gotten personal assistance that goes above and beyond and even a few of my suggestions have been implemented right away which shows they are constantly improving. I'm so happy with the performance and support of this app. that I am looking to add 1 or 2 more of their apps. I also appreciate how transparent they are by taking the time to let you know about any issues that could arise due to SHOP/Themes/Inventory syncs. They know their product well. I highly recommend Candy Rack and this company overall.

So far, so good! I had an issue with load-time based on the code placement on my page. I reached out to support chat and within about 30 minutes, they had the code fixed and the app was loading perfectly. Nice!!

This Upsell app is by far the best. I had been through probably 10 or 12 different apps before Candy Rack and was getting frustrated to not have found what I need. This one is perfect. They will even customize your pop-up with the colors matching your website and make any design changes you like-for free! The service was excellent too! Definitely top notch!

One of the best Shopify Apps I know ! It's been almost 2 years since we have begun to use it. The setup was really easy and all features are intuitive. The icing on the cake : the support is perfect ! The team is really reactive and they always try to find tailor-made solutions (they have created for us custom scripts in our code).
