Cart2Cart Store Migration App

I've used them twice now. The first time was 6+ years ago and I forgot why I should not use them. Both times with HUGE headaches! I will never use again. I migrated almost a month ago, I'm still missing orders as well as many URL redirects were broken, items and URLs had duplicates. I have many upset customers trying to buy off a registry what takes them to a 404 page. All you will ever get is: "I have put the highest priority to this task and ask techs to work on it first thing tomorrow", then you wait, then you will get an email asking for "examples" of the issues, which they already have, but because they are in Russia, it will take 24 hours for you to hear back, if at all, and then it will be with another question, to which they have the answer. Like I said, missing order and still NOTHING from them except . . . the highest priority etc. You never hear from them to even know what the status is. Use another company, or find a guru to do it for you. Save yourself the headache.

Very nice service and facilitate the process in a short time I was able to transfer my products and my customers and my previous orders as well as the previous discount codes!

Poor. The estimate for the migration was 31 hours, we have just over 11,000 products and 10,800 customer files and it took 8 DAYS!!! We were given excuse after excuse for the delays like we were 'Trial' customers, which we were NOT, we were paid, blaming Shopify for limiting the API connections, which Shopify stated they don't, MULTIPLE TIMES but finally done. We also have many items incomplete that we are correcting. We did take the insurance for the re-migration but can't wait another 8 days, we are still working to reconstruct the ones with missing information which has pushed back our re-opening of the site by 3 weeks. They need to get their stuff together and give accurate time estimates. Also, their support sucks, if you email them they 'normally' respond in 24 or more hours. Buyer Beware!

We are migrating from Volusion to Shopify. We have thousands of products and 9 years of customer history. First migration completed and so far everything seems to work perfectly. Cart2Cart even found customers who had created 2 accounts and combined their history in Shopify - bonus! I have been VERY pleased with Oleksander's communication and quick response. He has been very clear about what to expect - what their needs are - and helping me provide the info needed for them to do their job. First migration completed earlier than promised.

I used this app to migrate from Yahoo Stores over to Shopify and it worked great! I also needed some customizations and customer support was able to complete all of those requirements without a problem. I have migrated other sites using them in the past and have always had a great experience. I'll continue using them in the future.

Didn't swap variants over. Lost a lot of profits. Due to variants pricing. All options with variants basically had to redo over. Highly Suggest not doing if you have variants!

The transition from Big Commerce to Shopify was made easy with the Cart2Cart App. I was able to transfer my customer data, previous orders and discount codes with no problem. I love this app, used it to migrate our store from Wix to Shopify . Ana Delts was very helpful in terms of explaining the whole process, also was very nice to give us a discount code for their services! Definitely recommend it, save yourself some time and use it ! Ask them any questions/problems/issues you may have - they will solve them.

Helped get thru Migration and offered discount code! It was such an easy process. It took about 4 days to transfer over products, customers and all information. I did put on the insurance, because in case anything happened. Which some product didnt get switched over. They are currently working on fixing that.

Cart2Cart is awesome! It transferred all of my products from BigCommerce to Shopify with no problems. Forget spreadsheets, for the price they charge it is well worth it! Great app! It is very easy to install and configure.

Olek and his team helped me move my woocommerce shop over to Shopify. While initially there were a handful of errors with the migration that needed to be addressed, their team was able to resolve nearly all of them (some were simply technical limitations within Shopify itself). They were also able to bring over all of my legacy information and help me fix some e-commerce mistakes I had made over the years that was causing messy reporting. Now in Shopify my reports look great, and everything is up and running smoothly!

Great App, so easy to use. I was asked to help transfer the old data from a PrestaShop system to Shopify. Basically, I cheated and used this app to do all the hard work for me. :-D Just uploaded a few files to the old install, answered a few questions about what I wanted to transfer (didn't even have to map data columns or anything) just selected, Products, Customers and Orders. It did a demo transfer for me to check the quality and then quoted me a price to transfer the rest - super simple!
