Not for us. Seemed like it would work well to migrate standard attributes, but for payment - which takes place on their platform - they asked for a official photo id (passport / drivers license) and copy of a credit card -- not sure why this is so invasive, we passed on sending this information overseas.

The only company I trust for migrating our websites. We migrated one basic and two plus accounts from Magento to Shopify. The help was amazing. Oleksander was a huge help in making sure everything was right. No reason to do it with any other company. Trust the best.

Migration for Shopify is exactly what I needed when making the huge decision to migrate my website. By reducing the time needed to import products and orders - I can now focus on design and other very important things to ensure a smooth cart to cart transition.

I migrated 13000 products from Magento to Shopify and it worked extremely well. Just a bit of fettling once migrated. I'm more than happy with the service.

I needed to import less than 40 products but was given an error that my host had blocked their IP address. They then said I would need a custom migration which which start at $299.,,

oh my goodness. I called with a questions and the guy was so rude. He told me he only answered questions about pre-enrollment. That other questions needed to be handled with chat. Of course I had already tried that avenue and didn't recieve any communication for 25 minutes.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!

We migrated a large x-cart site to shopify. This was the only app that could help us migrate hundreds of thousands of orders and customers. They were extremely knowledgeable and responsive. They answered my questions quickly and accurately. The initial migration went smoothly with no errors. The final migration at launch (to bring in the newest orders and customers) went equally as well. Data security was also handled to my satisfaction. Definitely would recommend this app.

Support was always available (migration from Magento) and they were very helpful with the whole process. Would recommend.

Due to huge database and large number of custom migration requests, we didn't use the app (although I have used before very successfully) - instead we used Magnetic One's premium migration service. It took a long time to get everything done, but eventually all items we needed were migrated over successfully which saved many hundreds of hours of uploading. Price for the service was very good. If you are migrating to Shopify I would definitely recommend this service.

Terrible. Absolute scam. Migrated orders and customer information; does NOT migrate passwords NOR create an account so there is no way for customers to log in at all. Password reset doesn't even work. Furthermore now all their email addresses are in the system so they cannot even use the same email address to create a new account. If you want to totally nuke your store and alienate all your current customers, by all means use Cart2Cart. EDIT: The limitations are a Shopify issue and not the fault of Cart2Cart - however, they are less than forthcoming with this information before the migration and lead you to believe that all will be well once migration is complete, which is not accurate.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! They did our migration halfway through then wouldn't proceed until we gave them a five star rating. They totally blackmailed us. The final results were not ideal. You're better off using piecemeal uploaders to upload all of your orders/customers/products. Use them at your own risk.

TERRIBLE! I needed to just remigrate the same files over i already paid for, they wanted me to pay again. After tirelessly telling them it is the same files they still wanted money. So i paid. They remigrated and i specifically chose "DO NOT DELETE DATA" and they deleted ALL data from my store, CMS pages, products, etc... What a terrible experience, hours and hours and hours of time lost.

Fantastic App. We migrated from Volusion to Shopify with no problems. Customer Accounts, Inventory, Sales Orders...everything was transferred over. The only quirk we had was that passwords didn't transfer over (I'm sure this is a security issue and I have no problem with it at all). The solution was to just send out a mass e-mail to all of our customers asking them to reset their password. Once they reset their password they would still have their shipping information saved as well as the list of their previous orders. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP...but like any migration process be sure you research & make sure you are doing it the correct way so there are no issues. You can't blame a vendor for a user mistake :)

The had excellent support but after 30 minutes of chat they needed an expert to look at why it wasn't working for my site. They requested control panel passwords and FTP info. and I was not comfortable with that. Here's to hoping I find a simpler app.
