Cart2Cart Store Migration

Was in the middle of preparing a csv file to upload our products from Big Cartel to Shopify. Then we searched for a simpler solution and found Cart2Cart. Couldn't be happier with the results.

Very thankful for my migration experience using this app to migrate from BigCommerce to Shopify!! The best decision that I made. My only regret is that I did not migrate to Shopify sooner. Would not have been able to successfully complete this migration with out Cart2Cart and very thankful that I did. If you are looking for a service to avoid the hassle of migrating an existing store to a new platform, this app is worth the investment!! Seemless and perfect transition. Managed to migrate my entire store in less than two weeks!!

The team at Cart2Cart was great. They made some mistakes, which they corrected, but some of that could be related to migrating away from Volusion (one of the worst web platforms out there). They were highly motivated to get the job done and were responsive to requests changes when something didn't go as expected. FYI, ten trillion times better than nChannel who writes their contracts in a way to get out of doing any additional work if there is a hiccup.

This is the first time I'm migrating to Shopify and it saved me a ton of time. I came from Magento and the migration tool brought over all of the products, pages, orders and customers. I paid extra for the mapping of categories and redirect setup. The biggest thing is make sure you understand your store and what will and will not be migrated. This will ensure you select the correct options when buying this.

We recently migrated our Customers and Orders from Magento to Shopify and contracted Cart2Cart to help us with this. I would like to commend Oleksander for his help throughout the process and making sure we were happy with the results. For those seeking to move their data to Shopify I would like to recommend this company. Our take away with the process is to make sure you plan well ahead of time and understand well what can and cannot be done, have a good idea of how the end result will look like. Things like knowing that passwords cannot be transferred and this needing to invite them once in Shopify, transferring canceled/refunded orders and the implications, how will guest accounts will be transferred, etc. will help you a great deal.

Not for us. Seemed like it would work well to migrate standard attributes, but for payment - which takes place on their platform - they asked for a official photo id (passport / drivers license) and copy of a credit card -- not sure why this is so invasive, we passed on sending this information overseas.

The only company I trust for migrating our websites. We migrated one basic and two plus accounts from Magento to Shopify. The help was amazing. Oleksander was a huge help in making sure everything was right. No reason to do it with any other company. Trust the best.

Migration for Shopify is exactly what I needed when making the huge decision to migrate my website. By reducing the time needed to import products and orders - I can now focus on design and other very important things to ensure a smooth cart to cart transition.

I migrated 13000 products from Magento to Shopify and it worked extremely well. Just a bit of fettling once migrated. I'm more than happy with the service.

I needed to import less than 40 products but was given an error that my host had blocked their IP address. They then said I would need a custom migration which which start at $299.,,

oh my goodness. I called with a questions and the guy was so rude. He told me he only answered questions about pre-enrollment. That other questions needed to be handled with chat. Of course I had already tried that avenue and didn't recieve any communication for 25 minutes.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!

We migrated a large x-cart site to shopify. This was the only app that could help us migrate hundreds of thousands of orders and customers. They were extremely knowledgeable and responsive. They answered my questions quickly and accurately. The initial migration went smoothly with no errors. The final migration at launch (to bring in the newest orders and customers) went equally as well. Data security was also handled to my satisfaction. Definitely would recommend this app.
