Everything went smoothly and no problems what so ever . Customer service has been good as well

Great App, so easy to use. I was asked to help transfer the old data from a PrestaShop system to Shopify. Basically, I cheated and used this app to do all the hard work for me. :-D Just uploaded a few files to the old install, answered a few questions about what I wanted to transfer (didn't even have to map data columns or anything) just selected, Products, Customers and Orders. It did a demo transfer for me to check the quality and then quoted me a price to transfer the rest - super simple!

I didn't use the app. I actually hired the team to move over my data, because there were some issues with the files. This team is amazing! They moved over hundreds of products seamlessly. All of my descriptions, links and images are intact! I could not be more satisfied. Their customer service and communication is outstanding. I've never experienced a more professional crew online. I'd like to give special thanks to Oleksander who was my original contact person and Lucy who kept me updated on the progress of the migration and answered all of my questions promptly and courteously. Thank you everyone for doing a wonderful job!

Excellent experience. This app was a test of my reasoning/risk assessment skills. I saw mixed reviews, and was initially hesitant. However, the need for the service predominated over the risk of not acting. With that said, I moved forward with the purchase and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service team's willingness to address all of my concerns. The app did what it said it would and I am very pleased with the results as we transferred some 20k products/inventory data into shopify -- no customer/sales records were needed for this import. 5 star rating and a full recommendation to anyone that is interested in using this app. Website launch will be underway soon pending community engagement/social media marketing plans that are underway. Really simple App, made transferring from Magento to Shopify very very easy. Unless we did something wrong, it only imported the description field and not the short description field too which would have been very helpful. Definitely recommended!

Great app to merge an existing Magento store with my shopify store. Every thing was really easy and quick.Only slight issue was it seemed to miss a few redirects, and a few images were lost. But apart from that it saved me loads of time and developer costs. Really useful app for migrations!

Excellent app that is speeding up my migration from PrestaShop to Shopify. Cannot fault the service - live chat is just that - live - and even at the weekend :) Great time saver.

This app is useless. Be careful to use. First of all, it will erase all of your previous SEO work. And they never tell you that. Then, after migration, you still need to rewrite/reformat all the descriptions of each item because they are totally different formats from two platforms. Again, they never tell you this. Third, during/after migration, it will generate a lot of useless emails/pages. In a word, it's better to do the website again by yourself. It's very fast. This app cost me over $160, and useless.

Was in the middle of preparing a csv file to upload our products from Big Cartel to Shopify. Then we searched for a simpler solution and found Cart2Cart. Couldn't be happier with the results.

Very thankful for my migration experience using this app to migrate from BigCommerce to Shopify!! The best decision that I made. My only regret is that I did not migrate to Shopify sooner. Would not have been able to successfully complete this migration with out Cart2Cart and very thankful that I did. If you are looking for a service to avoid the hassle of migrating an existing store to a new platform, this app is worth the investment!! Seemless and perfect transition. Managed to migrate my entire store in less than two weeks!!
