Highly recommend! The product is great to win back some customers that slipped away without feeling spammy at all. The people at Cartloop and support are amazing. They make sure to guide you through everything and set you up for success in a matter of minutes. The app also has a super intuitive and easy-to-use dashboard that makes it user-friendly for any shop owner.

Customer service is great, the app itself is a little tricky to get you to do what you want it to... especially with pop ups. Luckily though you have great service to help you out. Nice one, Lisa!

I just started with them and the experience so far has been straightforward, pleasant and personable. I like the fact that you are assigned a dedicated customer success associate to help you along with this. Also, I like the various pricing available for me to choose based on business level. I a waiting to see how they help with my sales, but again so far so good.

So many great things to say about CartLoop. First off, I’ve never had so much help from everyone on the team. They really want to help you succeed. Most companies have you sign up and then you never hear from them again. I’m even in a slack channel with their team! Very cost efficient and in depth features in the platform. Highly recommend.

Just recently installed this app so I can't speak on how well it converts and what the projected revenue would be like. However, support is really useful and Alexandra listened to all my questions and suggestions. As text messages get higher open rates than email, I'm hopeful this will be worth it. Can't wait to start earning money together!

SO happy with the results and customer service we received. We're a small business and the subscriber and conversion rates we see are amazing. 24 hour helpline is great and I get responses within minutes every time. Set up is incredibly easy too. The most hassle free way to land conversions and build an sms subscriber base hands down.
