I love how professional the team at chargeback is Their service is exceptional responsive, efficient, and clearly experienced in what they do. Since partnering with them, we’ve seen a significant drop in chargebacks and a clear improvement in dispute handling. Andreas is super helpful always there to join call to help you.

Support is amazing, I had an issue which got resolved pretty quickly even though it was a bit complicated. Also had a call with a sales director which helped and ressaured me that everything is working perfectly fine and if I needed any help to reach out once again! Highly recommend this app!!

This company has no customer service, takes ages to get someone. Every time you need them, it's impossible. Now I have uninstalled and am moving to another company and need them to release the descriptor, but they are ignoring me and not replying back. I will have to contact all relevant parties and Shopify also, as this is bad to treat their clients this way.
I’m really sorry you had to wait 1 hour before we could begin helping you. As soon as we saw your request, we started unenrolling your account. It must have been frustrating when our support team was offline during that time. We are currently hiring more support members to fix this issue asap.
