Chargeback.io is great for Shopify and prevents too many chargebacks piling up that would otherwise cause a payout reserve. I prefer to use it with a $100 threshold, anything above that I will submit a chargeback response. Its perfect for what I do.

We've only been using the app for a few days, but so far the experience has been excellent. Had my first "save" yesterday, installing Chargeback.io saves you a lot of trouble. Okay it does cost you a fee but that is better than CB fees and makes life less troublesome. Setup is quite straigthforward.
