I have been in contact with several people from the team since 2024 regarding different issues, and I can honestly say they are super friendly, responsive and helpful. The app is super easy to use. In short I love working with Chargeflow. Carla especially deals with our issues hands on and is always super helpful and super quick to reply :)!
