Chargeflow has been an essential addition to our business, it’s truly a must-have for any Shopify store that wants to protect revenue and save time dealing with chargebacks. Highly recommended to install for any Shopify stores. Excellent support, fast and helpful replies, and I want to highlight Jason for his support with our queries, disputes and app configurations. Most importantly, we're now winning back ridiculous chargebacks that we've unfairly lost to in the past.

My experience with the app and the support team has been good so far. The team has been responsive and helpful for setup and when I needed assistance. I’m hoping they can also help me with handling chargebacks from fraudulent customers, which would make the app even more valuable.

This app really covers all the bases. If you run an online store, it’s a must-have to keep you protected from disputes. It’s packed with features that handle pretty much every situation you can think of. Plus, the customer support is amazing — they’re super patient and walk you through everything to make sure it all works smoothly. Honestly, that’s what great service looks like.
