This is probably the most useful app I've ever found for dealing with disputes. Customer support responds in an instant and deals with all of your issues fast. You can save a ton of time by not having to deal with disputes yourself. I thought I was very good at dealing with disputes but after you see how much effort they put to provide evidence for your dispute cases you will feel like a rookie! Best app ever!

I just install the app easy through Shopify and the support team are really nice but before i use the service, the Shopify or Chargeflow team ask me to confirm the following condition. Dose anyone here has experience with this? Your next bill You will be charged for this app once you start using it. These charges appear on your monthly bill and marginal bills. Calculated based on usage of this app (max $250.00 USD per 30 days). Thx for help Today 09.01.23 my support manager confirmed ( No monthly/minimum fees whatsoever, we charge only when we win). All good and thx for fast & good service

I just started using this app. It's too early to evaluate the service. However as of now it is okay. There is a technical issue with this app, I have only one open dispute but it's showing, twice in the dashboard. I have reported it. Hope it will be fixed soon. The customer service is very responsive. The app developer Boaz is very nice person. He initiated a virtual introductory meeting with me which is really appreciated.

I recently had my first experience with Chargeflow's customer support team and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my issues were resolved. I was initially hesitant to give Chargeflow a try because I had heard mixed reviews from friends, but I'm glad I took the plunge. The customer support alone has made it worth it for me. I would definitely recommend Chargeflow to others based on my experience.

Researched and interviewed many different chargeback services, and found that many of them are lacking the core features that Chargeflow has integrated into their app. They automate the data pulling, build out and submit each chargeback, and even have dedicated support agents managing all this for you, I really couldn't believe it until using them for over 4 months now. The amazing part is, they only charge you based on winning the chargeback, so they are aligned to do the best job possible. The team is friendly and amazing to work with also! Highly recommend.
