No brainer application - Chargeflow has incrementally added top and bottom line for our business with very low lift and time requirements from our team. Highly recommend for any scaling e-commerce brand!

We needed to get RDR set up ASAP, so we reached out to Chargeflow's support team, and they were amazing. They jumped right in and made sure everything was up and running smoothly in no time. Chargeflow's chargeback responses are outstanding and have saved our team a significant amount of time. The account managers are incredibly helpful and provide tailored support, making the process smooth. The dashboard/interface is user-friendly and intuitive, allowing easy access to all essential information. Fantastic app. For years we used CB911 and when they alerted us, we had to login, find the last 4 digits of the card, then go search for it in our payment processor and issue the refund manually, then go back into CB911, and mark it as refunded. We recently received a Chargeback and ChargeFlow alerted us but also went in and refunded the order on our behalf before it became a chargeback. Our team had to do nothing. Great service and must have to keep your % low. Also, Mariane in support was super helpful.
