We are using the paid plan on Chatra and we are quite happy how it works. The support is immediate and it is very straightforward. We are looking forward for all the new changes and for the option to add files and pictures on mobile and desktop.

Works exactly the way we want. Already thousands in sales and quotes requested from this app. I would; however, recommend a more significant notification for someone in my position. I'm am doing multiple chats, emails, phone calls, deep web searches and such so sometimes the ding (I've tried them all with screen pop-ups lol) gets ignored by my brain. Everyone has different abilities to disregard sound subconsciously or may have hyper-focus and this involves the Corpus Callosum. So, if chatra company studies different ways to break through this using notifications, that would be great.

Easy to install, very intuitive and lots of options. Like being able to see visitors typing before sending and also what they have in their cart. Overall, I recommend this app. Live chatting with customers is a must!

Very good app. It is beneficial to our site. It pops up on your cell phone as well which is great.

The best Live Chat app I've found. Instantly get messages from people visiting your store and can use the app on your phone to communicate with them. Also have some useful upgrade features if you have decent traffic to justify it. RARR Sportswear www.rarr.com

Great app. It works really well. The one thing I really hate about it I can't remove their branding even on a paid app. Really bad implementation.

Works perfect. The first day I made two sales that probably would not have happened without Chatra. I can honestly say this app doubled my conversions.

So far I love this chat app. I really like being able to see what someone has in their cart, and even what they're typing in chat before they send it to me, so that I can start preparing for my answer to them. I think there are probably a feature or two from a previous app I used that I wish I had here, because I was used to those features, but that aside I definitely recommend this app. Thank you so much!!

So far so good! I've been using this for a week and have had pretty good success, even though I'm not live online a whole lot. I kind of wish it had a chat bot, but then again, I think about half of my customers were frustrated by the previous chatbot app I tried.

Honestly, we have tried a lot of chat programs and we can say that Chatra has given us the most success. Customer service is also very quick!

So far, it has been the easiest app to integrate that we have ever used and we have had no problems with it at all. If you have thought about a chat app, this is a great one.

Just downloaded and REALLY HAPPY with it - can't believe I am getting this for free. Honestly, I would pay for it!!! I think the most important to feature to know about the app is it can show you how must customers are on your site in real time, and which pages your customers are on too!!! This helps tremendously with the chat. It also allows customers to leave a message if you're offline. My only suggestion is the app assigns customers really weird names like "Exotic Peru" or Blue Kid or other weird names - altho I've got an email with instructions on to switch this. I simply wish my customers were referred to as User 1, User 2, etc. - rather than assigned really weird names that makes it feel like spam or illegitimate users :(

This app is amazing! Love it! Customers can chat to us direct without waiting days for an email reply and best of all, its available on the go!!

We used this for awhile and were really happy with it. The fact you get one user for free is commendable and all apps should have this incentive. We will definitely download and use it again when the time allows. A must try app.
