Ok. This app is #%*ing awesome! I love it! The level of information is provides on users currently on my page is ridiculous. It give me realtime tools to help answer my customers inquiries and even steer them into purchases. One sale at a time has always been my motto and this app allows it. Great work. Recommendations: Not sure if and how I can point to a product page during a conversation? The ability to add pre-written responses from the chat box would be great.

The best Shopify app I have ever used it drives sales every day and improves customer service also. It is a no-brainer, I was an Olark customer for many years but Chatra is without a doubt better due to its, ease of use, functionality and service.

Great app. Helps us to communicate with our customers when they really don't feel like calling in. We love the fact that we can put it on our phone and be out of the office and still help customers. Every online store should use this app.

We've been using it for less than a month but so far so good! We like the fun colours and names that generate automatically. At the same time giving us the ability to rename visitors and add notes to the conversation. Our visitors do enjoy communicating with the emojis as well. We also find it useful that we can set dates and times on when to go online or be invisible as well as the app which allows us the convenience of always reaching customers. We do hope it stays smooth running!

We love this app at Nutsack Foods. We were not sure if visitors would really use a chat program to ask about our nuts but apparently people have questions about Nutsacks. :) We love the live page & cart status, and all the additional metadata available for each visitor. And the mobile app makes it possible to be available pretty much 24/7, because who has time to sleep, right?

I used to use FB messenger but I realized not all of my customers have FB. Also, FB stopped notifying me when I would receive messages. Chatra always notifies me so I can respond to the customer quickly. Also there are a ton of other cool features that FB messenger doesn't offer! Thank you Chatra team!
