Simply brilliant. Easy to set up and really works. I love that you can see what the user is typing before they press send so that you can prepare your response. Brilliant feature that allows you to see who is online and what page they are on so you can start a chat.

We had to select from different developers, and we chose Chatra, it works very well with our requirements, especially since English is not our first language, it is very ease to edit, or simply use it as is. Thanks to the whole team and looking forward to utilize your apps in our store.

I never thought how useful could be this app and Im so happy to get it! I being closing more sales via chatra than email as the quick response is amazing for our customers. We are so happy with this and we really recommend it. It helps a lot that you can install it on your phone so you dont miss anything!

We've been using Chatra for aaaaages and it is easy to install and even easier to use. The app is great as well, as it means we can be available to our customers no matter where we are. This is an effective app that has heaps of free functions and even more once you shift onto a paid plan. Thanks Chatra! <3

We've been using Chatra for a month or so and we can't say anything bad about this App at all. It greatly helped us connect with our customers, especially those new customers that just found our website and were interested in our products. Chatra enables us to answer questions from curious customers as well as improve our communication to all other customers. Its feature of allowing us to reply either instantly via chat or via email helps us balance things and not get flooded with a lot of messages.

We are using the paid plan on Chatra and we are quite happy how it works. The support is immediate and it is very straightforward. We are looking forward for all the new changes and for the option to add files and pictures on mobile and desktop.

We've been using chatra on our site for a long time now and never had any issues. We use only the bare basics however the features available to us is a plenty. We highly recommend chatra to anyone looking for a live chat feature on their website.

We have been using Chatra now for over a year and have been extremely happy with it. Their customer service (what little we have used it) has been great and very helpful. The product itself has many options and is easy to use. I can think of no reason to use any other chat app. We're vary happy with Chatra.

We've tried every chat app for Shopify, and Chatra is hands down the best! It's personal, has a beautiful interface, and most importantly, has directly increased our sales. Customers love using it when they have a small question before ordering and can see that someone is online to answer it quickly.

Works exactly the way we want. Already thousands in sales and quotes requested from this app. I would; however, recommend a more significant notification for someone in my position. I'm am doing multiple chats, emails, phone calls, deep web searches and such so sometimes the ding (I've tried them all with screen pop-ups lol) gets ignored by my brain. Everyone has different abilities to disregard sound subconsciously or may have hyper-focus and this involves the Corpus Callosum. So, if chatra company studies different ways to break through this using notifications, that would be great.

I love this application. It's really helpful to "see" people landing on our site and being able to engage them right off the bat. It does what it says it will do and that is one more thing I can check off my list and not worry about.

Easy to install, very intuitive and lots of options. Like being able to see visitors typing before sending and also what they have in their cart. Overall, I recommend this app. Live chatting with customers is a must!
