Very good app. It is beneficial to our site. It pops up on your cell phone as well which is great.

The best Live Chat app I've found. Instantly get messages from people visiting your store and can use the app on your phone to communicate with them. Also have some useful upgrade features if you have decent traffic to justify it. RARR Sportswear www.rarr.com

ATTENTION! This app has far exceeded my expectations and I'm a very picky S.O.B. But I'm probably like you. When I find a product or company that I like, I look to bring them business in hope that through their success, they continue in business for my future needs also. Started with the free version without a lot of success. Changed to the paid version and really dove in to make it work in our store. The results have been great. Love the ability to track where and what product the customer is viewing. I would recommend this app to anyone that wants to increase conversions and get a heart beat of whats happening real time. We are still in our trial phase of this chat app. So far, so very, very good! Easy to install and figure out. Only wish that we could add our logo (or image) in the lower right chat icon. That might be in the subscription service. I dig this app!!!

Great app! Incredibly easy to install and operate. Still early days for us but the checkout functionality is already assisting with retaining sales.

Great app. It works really well. The one thing I really hate about it I can't remove their branding even on a paid app. Really bad implementation.

Chatra is excellent, I used two more apps for chatting from shopify app store before and removed them, but so far chatra is the best! thank you

Works perfect. The first day I made two sales that probably would not have happened without Chatra. I can honestly say this app doubled my conversions.

So far I love this chat app. I really like being able to see what someone has in their cart, and even what they're typing in chat before they send it to me, so that I can start preparing for my answer to them. I think there are probably a feature or two from a previous app I used that I wish I had here, because I was used to those features, but that aside I definitely recommend this app. Thank you so much!!

An absolutely amazing app! The best feature is its app response time. I've tried almost all free chat tools. As with most of them you don't get a live notification when your customers ping you. Chatra has helped me save customers and sales!

So far so good! I've been using this for a week and have had pretty good success, even though I'm not live online a whole lot. I kind of wish it had a chat bot, but then again, I think about half of my customers were frustrated by the previous chatbot app I tried.
