A Great app. It lets me answer any questions in real time and initiate conversations with my customers. Other apps out there only let the customer contact you. This one lets you contact the customer and know what they are looking at in real time.

Love everything about this app! Its easy to use and I found it extremely helpful knowing what areas my visitors We’re coming from and the times they came on the website. I also love how it easy It is to communicate with my visitors and the feature to provide incentives for them to buy while they are browsing the website.

I never had a chat app before and I think it’s helpful to give customers the chance to ask questions on the spot. I know it’s created sales for me where the customer would previously probably not engage nor make a purchase.

Love the ability to communicate with our webpage browsers (not browsers in the tech sense, but potential customers 'browsing' thru our site). Chatra integrates well into our pages and their customer support is EXCELLENT. They are very responsive and we hope their app brings us more success. Download it if it makes sense to your business.

I love it. I work with a lot of farmers who don't all have great wifi- that does affect the ability for the app to work. But when it does work, it definitely helps me convert. I'm grateful for the app and for the quick responsiveness of the team when I need assistance.

We installed Chatra's chat tool on our site and conversions have gone up, we learn way more about our customers, can proactively prevent bounces and abandoned carts, and it works seamlessly for customers on web and mobile across devices. Its so easy for our CX team to use - took almost no training time. Easy and powerful tool, highly recommend! The Chatra team is also SO responsive if you email them with questions. Same day responses, good communication, easy to work with. We've tried other chat tools, a variety of SMS tools, and Chatra has been the best one in terms of sales boost as well as ease of use.

We use the free version and it's awesome! If you were selling a more premium/complex/subscription product that requires more input from customer service, I could definitely see how the premium version would be worth the $$.

Started using this app two weeks and I have no idea why I did not install it sooner. I´ve been able to actually have a conversation with my customers and potential customers and provide the service and attention that we all strive for as customers. I love that I can connect like this with Chatra and 100% recommend it!
