Great App for a customer chat system. Simple to use and notifications guide you when you are setting the APP. NO CODING NEEDED. You can create multiple logins and track each users chats and even pool them in to one archive. You can create automated messages using different rules and setup online/offline times. This App is also great for converting sales as you can see what page your Live Users are looking at and assist at each step of the conversion by opening up a chatline. Highly recommended. I use the free version and it is very reliable! I never miss a customer's message and the chat app works a treat on my phone. It has resulted in many sales as I can answer questions in real time. Thank you!

Used a couple alternatives before finding this live chat app. This is the best so far. Haven't experienced any delays in receiving and sending messages like on other apps. The app is very easy to use and there's a mobile app also. A+ will definitely continue to use. Update: Still performing amazingly and the support team are very prompt and helpful, we recommend to everyone!

I love this app! I have used it for quite awhile and I even moved my site to a different platform without missing a beat. Great customer service and the options it gives are great. I am a paid subscriber but the cost is worth it as far as I am concerned. In addition to the chat on the site I get my Facebook messages for my business directly in the app so I can respond quickly. Would recommend this app to anyone!
