I love this chat app so far. Before, I was using one that required the customer to have a Facebook Messenger account, and be logged into it just to chat with me. I barely received chats because of that. After installing this one, I started getting chats almost immediately. I also have the app installed on my Android phone, and that means I never miss a chat. I'm able to easily set my "available" hours. Just a great app all around! Good job guys!

We were using LiveEngage/LivePerson. Support was bad, UI was bad. Only used this for a few hours, but Chatra is the polar opposite. And cheaper.

Love this app! Since using Live Chat, traffic has gone up. I am able to have more engagement with customers. If I get someone on live chat, 99% of the time I get a sale from that engagement. My business is very consultative. This app is easy to use, personalize and customize to your business. It helps me to see where customers are from, what they are typing so I can respond quickly. I wish all business used this app. You need this app if you want to grow your business.

Earlier I was Using Tidio, it was very limited, Later some Shopify Expert recommended it & I Installed it. Since than I m in love with it. Bought License Account as soon as my trail expired. Highly recommended App.

After we started using Chatra our team has seen an increase in customer satisfaction. We have a better understanding of what the customers needs and wants. The direct chat with them has changed how our business moves forward .

Ok. This app is #%*ing awesome! I love it! The level of information is provides on users currently on my page is ridiculous. It give me realtime tools to help answer my customers inquiries and even steer them into purchases. One sale at a time has always been my motto and this app allows it. Great work. Recommendations: Not sure if and how I can point to a product page during a conversation? The ability to add pre-written responses from the chat box would be great.

The best Shopify app I have ever used it drives sales every day and improves customer service also. It is a no-brainer, I was an Olark customer for many years but Chatra is without a doubt better due to its, ease of use, functionality and service.

Amazing App! We love the adjusted auto targeting, and that you can change the automated target to trigger only if you are online.

We love this app - being able to chat with your customers saves us time emailing. Often times customers have a very simple question that, if answered quickly, can result in a sale.

We've been using it for less than a month but so far so good! We like the fun colours and names that generate automatically. At the same time giving us the ability to rename visitors and add notes to the conversation. Our visitors do enjoy communicating with the emojis as well. We also find it useful that we can set dates and times on when to go online or be invisible as well as the app which allows us the convenience of always reaching customers. We do hope it stays smooth running!

We love this app at Nutsack Foods. We were not sure if visitors would really use a chat program to ask about our nuts but apparently people have questions about Nutsacks. :) We love the live page & cart status, and all the additional metadata available for each visitor. And the mobile app makes it possible to be available pretty much 24/7, because who has time to sleep, right?

Great app! We use this app almost every day and it helps up connect with our customers with regards to their questions, orders & even website user issues. It is the best chat app I have come across so far.
