I added this app to actively speak with customers. It works wonderfully, I’ve been able to effectively communicate with my customers and create relationships with them. This app has helped us so much in closing deals and would highly recommend.

Love everything about this app! Its easy to use and I found it extremely helpful knowing what areas my visitors We’re coming from and the times they came on the website. I also love how it easy It is to communicate with my visitors and the feature to provide incentives for them to buy while they are browsing the website.

I never had a chat app before and I think it’s helpful to give customers the chance to ask questions on the spot. I know it’s created sales for me where the customer would previously probably not engage nor make a purchase.

Love the ability to communicate with our webpage browsers (not browsers in the tech sense, but potential customers 'browsing' thru our site). Chatra integrates well into our pages and their customer support is EXCELLENT. They are very responsive and we hope their app brings us more success. Download it if it makes sense to your business.

Great app, installed easily and gives quick response after testing. If someone contacts you on chat, you can get mobile notification with approx 10 seconds to a minute. Great app, thanks a lot :)

This App is GREAT! It really Exceeded our expectations. We tested it for 1 month now in 1 of our websites and will now be using it for the rest of our sites. I love it. I work with a lot of farmers who don't all have great wifi- that does affect the ability for the app to work. But when it does work, it definitely helps me convert. I'm grateful for the app and for the quick responsiveness of the team when I need assistance.
