I’ve been using Chatty: Live chat Helpdesk FAQ for a while now, and it’s been great. The apps are easy to use, and I love how customisable everything is. The designs look really good too. Jade is also fantastic. They were quick to help me when I had an issue and made sure everything was sorted out. It’s been a smooth experience overall. Overall, I’m really happy with both Chatty: Live chat Helpdesk FAQ and Jade. They make things simple and easy.

Application intuitive avec un excellent support client J'utilise Chatty pour le chat en direct et le helpdesk sur ma boutique Shopify. L'interface est intuitive, ce qui facilite la gestion des interactions avec les clients. Le support client est réactif et m'a aidé à résoudre rapidement les problèmes que j'ai rencontrés. Depuis l'installation de Chatty, j'ai constaté une amélioration notable de l'engagement client. Je recommande cette application aux commerçants Shopify cherchant à améliorer leur service client.

For the free version of the app, I have to admit that it's great so far in the building and testing phase. I have to still put it to practice in the real world, but so far it's been offering everything that you can ask for from a chatbot. Also, easy to use. Thank you to Audrey and Maison for their quick response in addressing some issues I had with web browser notifications and the initial task list.

I am very happy with this app, it does what it is supposed to do and Alyssa from support was super nice and helped me quickly. i highly recommend.
