Ich bin absolut begeistert von Chatty! Die App ist sehr intuitiv aufgebaut und perfekt für einen wachsenden Onlineshop. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Hana – sie ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, geduldig und erklärt alles verständlich, auch bei technischen Fragen. Als Solo-Shop-Betreiberin ist es für mich extrem wichtig, schnellen und kompetenten Support zu haben – und genau das bekommt man hier. Dank Hana konnte ich meinen Chatbot professionell einrichten und optimal an meinen Shop anpassen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die ihren Kundenservice auf das nächste Level bringen möchten

The installation process was incredibly simple and straightforward. The setup and data synchronization with our Shopify store worked flawlessly from the very beginning. Hi, I am still at Trial period testing the integration and whatsapp AI fucntions. So far I had a lot of interactions with support and they answer super fast and are very helpful. Specially Hana has been a great help. So far I like the app, still in testing mode. Setup has been a bit of a challenge.

I had such a great experience working with Hana from chat AI Chatbot team on Air Reviews. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of setting up my Chatty robot. Hana guided me step by step, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before we finished what i appreciate most was her professionalism and quick responses- she truly made me setup process smooth and stress-free .
