This bot has made handling inquiries so much smoother! It’s reliable and very easy to use. Special thanks to Andy for the amazing backup—anytime I had an issue, Andy sorted it out immediately. Highly recommend both the app and the team

Je suis incroyablement ravie de mon expérience avec l’application Chatty. Dès la prise en main, la facilité d’utilisation est frappante, mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est l’accompagnement 24/24. J’ai une boutique très particulière, avec des produits techniques qui demandent beaucoup de connaissances précises et une vraie capacité d’analyse des situations clients. En une seule journée de travail, mon IA est déjà capable de me remplacer sur les questions les plus techniques, avec des réponses cohérentes, fiables et adaptées aux parents. C’est un gain de temps énorme et une vraie tranquillité d’esprit. Un immense merci à Hazel et Andy, qui ont été présents, réactifs et réellement impliqués à chaque étape. On sent qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un simple support, mais d’un vrai partenariat pour faire fonctionner l’outil dans des conditions réelles de commerce. Chatty n’est pas juste une application de chat : c’est un outil stratégique, surtout quand on a une activité exigeante. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Hana was incredibly helpful. There was an error with the tracking via Chatty. She fixed it with and gave a simple explanation and was incredibly friendly! Definitely recommended.

I'm a new user and so far, I love it. The people are very nice, and even though I can be difficult, Audrey guided me step-by-step through the setup process. Audrey is awesome, thank you for everything!

Ich nutze Chatty seit zwei Wochen und bin sehr zufrieden. Sowohl auf Instagram als auch auf der Website gibt der Bot sinnvolle Antworten auf Nachrichten. Durch die schnellen Reaktionen ist mein Umsatz gestiegen und meine Arbeitsbelastung hat sich verringert. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Instale la app pero antes de gestionar la configuracion reviso los planes y son precios y condicionesmuy diferentes de lo que indican en esta seccion, de hecho ningun plan tiene el precio correcto y las caracteristicas que trae tampoco lo son. Una pena que no este actualizada la informacion para la transparencia d ela contratacion de la app

Andy was so kind and patience with me. Andy helped me along the way to get my chatty app up and going. Explained everything I was confused about and the pictures to walk me though everything was the greatest. Andy took the time to explain to me why only some of my items was not syncing and offered me information on the promo that was being offered to upgrade which was very helpful as well. I will be upgrading after I explore a little more. Thanks again Andy for the wonderful chat experience.

Ich bin meist sehr spät online , wo ich mich um Einrichtungen kümmere. Egal wie spät es war, Hazel hat mir super geholfen, schnell zu verstehen und zuverlässig das die Umsetzung klappte. VIELEN DANK!

Customer support Hana responded very quickly. It is really 24/7 support not like other support that usually does not reply very quickly. Get my problems resovled, very happy with the service. Hana provided great customer service.

Wow, I was talking to Hana today and can I just say how helpful she was. I wasn't rushed and she took the time to explain everything to me and share links for my future use. Just based on my experience alone with Hana I would recommend chatty 100%. Thank you for all the help Hana, and hoping ill get you next time if I ever need support.

I relied upon help from Hazel today for setting up chat etc. It was refreshing to have a real live help that was patient, clearly very competent and, well, helpful. Saved me so much time and stress. Trust me, I do suspect that some apps help make it a sport to confuse and stress :). So, thanks for super service and I look forward to going to the next stage of your app.
