Customer Service is exceptional, especially, Hana. She helped me in all my troubles setting up the AI chat. Hana responds quick and I don't need to explain deep what I need, she provides instant and even suggest best practice.

With so many products on our website, navigating can be confusing for customers. Every contact that comes through the Chatty app is a great opportunity to learn and tweak the info we feed it. Very impressed with how much the conversations have improved in helping people find the right product. The Chatty team is always quick to reply and ready to help. Special thanks to Hana!

This App is a totally game changer, very helpful and easy to use, but the best part is the support team that makes this company make the difference because there are always very kind and helpul and run the extra miles, specially Hana make feel very important as a valued customer and person. It was a really great pleasure to be served by Hana from A to Z. I highly recommend her work and the company.
