Great service and really easy to use platform. So many different tools available on the free plan for a small business, I appreciate that. Also thanks to Mirra for your help in getting me set up!

We wanted to make sure some of the specific settings of the Shopify will be hidden by the Chatty - still accessible but not present for the users that would chat with the bot. The support made it happen in the matter of minutes. Hana and Alyssa sure did help a lot in this matter!

This is an awesome Chat app. It has everything you could possibly need . The support if you have a problem is amazing, Hana and Anivia are helped resolve a few niggles I was having in a very quick and friendly manner. Worthy of 5 stars.
