Exactly what I was looking for! And boy, did I try a load of Chat apps. Service is amazing too! Had an issue with setting up translations but Hana came to the rescue. 5 minutes and everything was running smoothly. The cost is also very reasonable compared to others. Highly recommend.

I want to start by saying this can be the best assistant you can have on your webshop, they have really talked and added the same app so you don't have to have different apps. Not only that, the staff are so knowledgeable and really solve everything, they are so fast you are shocked how quickly everything goes.
