It is very easy to use and configure. I have saved lot of my time for getting chat bot and FAQ page out. One thing that really stands out is there customer support. They are really very active and quick fix. Prakash and Lydia helped to resolve styling issue related to message icon and FAQ page. Thanks a ton for them for saving my time and making the site better

Hana responded to all my questions! She helped me to configurate the FAQ page and also a problem to create a FAQ quesrtion. Great service, fast!
