I recently installed this app for my Shopify store, and I have to say, it’s been a game-changer. The features are exactly what I needed to allow customers to easily get in contact with us quickly via the online chat function. The interface is user-friendly, and it integrates seamlessly with my store. But what truly stood out was the customer support. I had a query about a specific feature, and Sonny was incredibly helpful. Not only did he respond quickly, but he also went above and beyond to ensure I understood how to make the most of the app’s capabilities. His patience and expertise made a potentially confusing situation a breeze to navigate. Thank you Sonny I am most grateful :-)

I’ve been testing this app, and so far, it’s been impressive! The features are intuitive and seem well-designed, making it easy to navigate even while it’s still in testing. I had a few questions, and Hana from customer support was fantastic—quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Thank you, Hana, for making the experience even better!
