Fantastic app and cannot believe this is free! The FAQs are easy to build and and look great on the site. The chat widget is exceptional and has a mobile app so you can instantly reply to your customers, show them products, offer them promotions etc. The support team are also great and shoutout to Damian, Kevin and Judy who work tirelessly 24/7 with instant live support!

I really like this application. It have all the feature that I want to appear in my website. Not only that, Damian and Doris (the technical support) also guide me if I need a help and have been solve my issues.
