Highly recommended! I have used several similar apps and this is the best of them all without a doubt. It is very intuitive, you can customize and translate everything. The customer service is excellent, they have helped me a lot and have always answered my questions super fast.

Really easy to set up compared to some other solutions. I had some minor question and Tiana in support was really helpful. Really considering to install the same app to my other site as well.

It's very useful tool for my online shop. I used the default inbox in the past, but I found Chatty is more helpful. The FAQs function and Email integration saved time and made us more efficient, I'm recommend it, and you can't imagine it's all free. Thanks a lot, Chatty team.

Excellent app! This app is very user friendly and easy to edit/adjust to your needs. Lydia was very nice and quick to respond with my app question. I would recommend this app to beginners and experts.

I had a problem with the English translation, I therefore asked for help from Chatty's customer service, I got help from Hana within 15 seconds. One of the Chatty employees, she is very customer friendly and solved the problem in just 2 minutes! That's why I recommend Chatty to everyone!

The app has really made it easier for me to run my business online. It's very intuitive and has allowed me to integrate a direct customer chat and a customizable FAQ section all in one place. Now my customers can quickly find answers to their questions or easily contact me for more complex issues, which has greatly improved the user experience. I also want to thank Hana from the support team. She was amazing in helping me set up the app and answering all my questions. Her knowledge and patience made everything so much easier and faster.
