I wanted a chat function for my website to try out. I am not great with technical stuff so I decided to message the help line and within minutes Tiana had me up and running with all my requirements and fuss. She's so patient. You have a customer for life. Thank you

I was looking for an app that I could use for customizing my FAQ page, and I stumbled upon chatty. I'm amazed at all the features and customization it offers whilst being free!. The support is amazing as well, right after downloading the app I needed help with something and Jasmine came to rescue and solved my issue in no time.

Il ne manquerait à l'application que le support des tickets et l'intégration des messages reçus sur les plateformes meta et ça serait l'appli de chat parfaite! Mais compte tenu qu'elle est gratuite c'est déjà excellent!

I installed it because I liked the ability to choose whether or not to display the chat, the menu in the chat, the ability to extract and display only the frequently asked questions that I wanted to address, and the ability to search within the chat. Support was prompt and helpful when I had problems. (Thanks Audrey and William!) ) I am very happy with the quality of the software. It's a very good app. I recommend this app.

I want to express my gratitude to Judy for the amazing support she provided. I was struggling to figure out how to change the language of the chatbox and the FAQ section, and Judy guided me step by step through the entire process. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, making everything easy to understand. Thanks to her help, I was able to make the changes without any issues.
