I received help immediately, even at 1 AM. Hana was very helpful and nice, fixing my issue in under 5 minutes. The customer service is amazing. I highly recommend this app!

Easy and user-friendly to set up this app. Although, I have run into some issues during my setup but Hana from the support team has been a great help to solve my issues. She is very patient and approachable when dealing with my issues. Thank you Hana for your support! This will be a great help in my business.

The support service officer is very kind and patience. Ms. Abby provided me with the resourceful guideline for setting up the Chatty app into my Shopify.
