I needed some help with the live chat, and I was connected with Tiana. What a fantastic experience! Tiana was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. She took the time to really listen to my questions and made sure I fully understood what I needed to do. She even went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly. Thanks to Tiana, my issue was quickly resolved, and I truly felt valued as a customer. If I ever need assistance again in the future, I hope I'm connected with her. Absolutely a five-star experience!

Since Shopify's own inbox function is relatively limited, I found this app. It brings me many functions. And the setting is very simple. Using the Livechat & Helpdesk app has been a game-changer for our customer support. Alyssa and Audrey have been incredibly helpful in fixing some of our customizations, making it easier to manage multiple channels like WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, emails, and calls, all in one place. The integration is seamless, and it has significantly improved our team's efficiency. Highly recommend it!

I had a fantastic experience using the Chatty. The interface is incredibly clean and user-friendly, making it easy to set up and navigate. The support team, especially Charles, was amazing. They responded quickly and resolved a minor hiccup I encountered with little effort on my part. Highly recommend this app for its seamless functionality and outstanding customer service.

I would give NO stars if I could! I had a page on my website and then it was gone because the app wasn't working properly. Now my website looks like a mess bc this dumb app! Stay away do NOT download this!

The app works great, but there are two key features that would significantly enhance its functionality: Google Analytics Integration: The ability to track conversations as conversions in Google Analytics is crucial for any business running campaigns. This feature is essential for measuring the app's impact on our marketing efforts. reCAPTCHA Support: Implementing a reCAPTCHA feature to prevent bots from easily contacting businesses through the chat is vital for maintaining the quality of interactions. We received excellent assistance and support from Kevin when we reached out about the second point. His help was much appreciated.

Nice app, it helped me a lot to communicate with customers and even I got an order viatapp. There are many options, so you dont have to be always online. Very good for a small, boutique companies but also capable of working with big companies as well.
