I love chatty!!! It has saved me hours and hours of answering simple customer questions and requests! Plus saving money on hiring a person to fill this position. The help desk is amazing as well and helped me in fact today try to figure out a question. Andy did an amazing job and I will be adding chatty to my other website as well!

Ich habe vorher einen anderen Chatbot benutzt, der recht teuer war und im preislichen Vergleich deutlich weniger Leistung hergab. Zwar bin ich erst jetzt umgestiegen, aber der erste Eindruck ist sehr gut. Besonders der Support ist Spitze und hilft im Moment der Anfrage! Wenn das Ganze jetzt noch den Sales und den Support gleichermaßen unterstützt, ist das eine gute Wahl gewesen.

As a new customer, my experience with Chatty has been very positive so far. The application is easy to use, works smoothly, and has been performing quite well for our store's needs.
