I experienced an error code while installing the app, in doing so. i was immediately sent to the chat box and helped by Prakash. within minutes it was resolved and i was able to move on!

Disappointing, - only one user at a time, no logout option, no " after shop hours" customer messaging . Not a good option for a large e-commerce business.

We understand your concerns, and we would like to address them to ensure you have the best possible experience with our app. While Chatty has been available on Shopify for around two years, our live chat feature was introduced just four months ago. We labeled it as "beta" because we are continuously adding new features and making improvements based on user feedback. 1. Multiple Users and Chat Assignment: - Currently, our app allows only one user to be logged in at a time, which can be challenging for larger teams. To help manage this, we are actively working on a feature that will allow you to see which chat is assigned to which supporter. This will prevent confusion when multiple customer service representatives are handling chats simultaneously. 2. After-Hours Messaging: - When no one is logged in, our app does provide an option for customers to leave a message. However, we understand that the current solution might not be very intuitive. We are planning to improve this feature to clearly indicate to customers when no one is available and provide an option for them to leave a message easily. 3. Work Hours Configuration: - We do have a solution for after-hours availability, but it currently requires manual configuration based on fixed work hours. We are working on automating this process to better match your agents' login times and improve the overall user experience. This app works perfectly for my store. I like the app set up in the admin. Very responsive support. I had a small issue and Customer Service Rep Mia and Technician Nikita, fixed it promptly.

This program is really simple and useful and is highly recommended. When I had some problematic glitches, by contacting the software developers for help, they were very responsive and I was impressed by a technician called Hana who quickly made my problem solved.

ik zou de app zeker aanraden, ik had zelf wat problemen om de app op gang te krijgen toen de klanten service benaderd die ook in mijn eigen taal sprak heeft me super snel geholpen om het probleem te verhelpen!! Dankje Hanna :)
