This app works really good!! It has most needed functions and customization features. Customer service is great as well!!! I requested help to the customer service and Pamela helped me really, really fast to solve my request!!! Great job!!! Thank you!!!

Great app for increasing conversions and retaining customers with Live Chat. Bonus is FAQs which can be customized easily. Best thing about Chatty is the customer support. Almost immediate live support, shout out to Hana for the great support in on-boarding and explaining the settings and features. Overall very much satisfied with this wonderful app true to its cause.

Excellent platform! Rosie from their team helped me set up a few things. Quick responses. Some features are still under development, but the core offering works well - live chats, faqs. They are moving in the right direction!

I was facing some technical issue woth adding more than 10 FAQs, so I asked for support. Within a minute, Hana from Chatty replied and the whole issue was resolved in couple of minutes. Writing this review is taking me longer than that. 4 stars for such a great free app and 5th star for the prompt help from Hana. 10/10 Recommended.

Hana has been extremely helpful with instant replies & immediate resolves on my queries. The turnaround from installation & go-live was hardly 20 minutes. One of the best customer support team I have seen on Shopify!

I just installed chatty on my Shopify site and had a few issues. Their help team, specifically Esther and Nikita, were extremely responsive to my questions and fixed my issues asap. Recommend!
