Application intuitive, facile à installer. Qui s'intègre bien à l’esthétique du site internet. L'équipe d'assistance est très réactive et à l'écoute pour vous aider dans les plus brefs délais. Je recommande grandement cette application qui est d'autant plus gratuite.

Simple and easy to set up, customizable and above all, quick and effective help when I needed it. They also have a nice feature where users easily can add suggestions to the app developers and where users can thumbs up or comment on others suggestions.

The app is easy to configure and get running in a few minutes. The ability to customize the UI and add custom CSS is a plus. Much thanks to Hana who made sure that I am happy and able to work around the app.

Frankly the best support I've ever come across. Lightning quick and they will even make little custom changes for you - mostly in just a few minutes. Tiana, Nikita and Mia are fantastic!! The app itself is perfect if you want to set up a help desk with FAQs. Not used the live chat yet but I can't wait to get going with that too! Love it.
