Chatty AI Chatbot & Live Chat

So far I'm quite happy with this particular app for my store's FAQ page. I've tried several different apps for the same thing over the past week and Chatty is the best. I had a technical issue come up and luckily a chat box popped up ready to help me. I'm so thankful to Esther from the chat who resolved the issue in less than 3 minutes. It has been so easy and quick to set up.

La aplicación genial, faltan cosas como es normal pero están trabajando en ello. Es muy completa y cómoda para el cliente. Me gustaría que incluyeran el idioma Español aunque en el chat de atención al cliente se traduce automáticamente Cabe destacar que el servicio de atención al cliente es muy rápido y eficaz he estado hablando con "Lydia" por unos problemas que había con las FAQS y el seguimiento de pedidos y en un rato lo hemos resulto, muy amable, rápida y eficaz

Applicazione fantastica, versatile e super utile. Tante funzionalità racchiuse in una sola app. Tra l'altro ho incontrato alcune difficoltà nel configurare determinati servizi, e sono stata aiutata in maniera impeccabile da Lydia, che ringrazio infinitamente, che è stata gentilissima nel rispondere alle mie domande e nel risolvere i miei problemi. App consigliatissima perché integra F.A.Q, Chatbox e Live Chat ed ha un servizio di assistenza efficiente e assolutamente appassionato.

Plugin qui répond aux attentes ! Les deux assistants " Hana" et "Maison" très reactifs et prennent leur temps pour vous aider. Je recommande ce plugin qui est fonctionnel et ergonomique

Great app for increasing conversions and retaining customers with Live Chat. Bonus is FAQs which can be customized easily. Best thing about Chatty is the customer support. Almost immediate live support, shout out to Hana for the great support in on-boarding and explaining the settings and features. Overall very much satisfied with this wonderful app true to its cause.

Excellent platform! Rosie from their team helped me set up a few things. Quick responses. Some features are still under development, but the core offering works well - live chats, faqs. They are moving in the right direction!

I was facing some technical issue woth adding more than 10 FAQs, so I asked for support. Within a minute, Hana from Chatty replied and the whole issue was resolved in couple of minutes. Writing this review is taking me longer than that. 4 stars for such a great free app and 5th star for the prompt help from Hana. 10/10 Recommended.

Hana has been extremely helpful with instant replies & immediate resolves on my queries. The turnaround from installation & go-live was hardly 20 minutes. One of the best customer support team I have seen on Shopify!
