Loved the experience so far. Easy to install and super responsive support. We were using an alternate solution that was not half as good as this. Audrey and Toby handheld me to install the app and debug small issues in no time.

I just started using this app and hour ago but I can say it was easy to install, easy to navigate and the customer support is great! Very impressed. Its a pity it only supports one language but I am happy overall! Thank you so much!

This is a great app with fantastic service. Hana from the Live chat team is super helpful and responds quickly. We had a small styling issue which she resolved within a minute! Support pages are helpful too. The app is easy to navigate with plenty of features. Looks really professional. Useful to have both the pop-up and FAQ page, plus the optional chat option. Very impressive for a free app. I'd highly recommend it.

Theme support by Esther is very fast and responsive. The widget didn't show up on our site when enabled the first time, but Esther solved it very quickly.

We encountered an issue where the default 'Chatty: Livechat' icon overlapped our 'Wishlist' button at the bottom right corner. After reaching out, Sunny from Avada swiftly coordinated with their technician, and the problem was resolved in just 20 minutes. We’re immensely grateful for the Avada team's rapid response and exceptional service. They truly earned a 5-star rating. Highly recommended!
