I'm just starting out with this but the app is very easy to use altogether. I did ran into some issues but have contacted their support and they've sorten everything in under one minute. Thanks!

Hana and Tobi did a great job. I had some questions and they did instantly pick it up and solve the issue. Very quick and efficient customer support. Now I will test the app.

Ho istallato questa applicazione è ne sono rimasto veramente contento, applicazione che fa a caso di tutte le aziende che non vogliono perdere nessun contatto con il cliente, in più permette di avere le FAQ in una unica applicazione, assistenza clienti top che ti risponde addirittura alle 4 del mattino ore Italiane, Lydia che mi ha assistito è stata professionale e d'aiuto in modo chiaro è veloce. Che dire scegliete questa azienda e non ve ne pentirere. SUPER

Die App ist absolut kostenlos und hat so viele Möglichkeiten. Ich bin begeistert! Zunächst war ich etwas skeptisch, weil ich nur 10 Einträge im FAQ machen konnte, aber Nolan vom Support hat es mir ohne Zusatzkosten erweitert. Super Service!

Application intuitive, facile à installer. Qui s'intègre bien à l’esthétique du site internet. L'équipe d'assistance est très réactive et à l'écoute pour vous aider dans les plus brefs délais. Je recommande grandement cette application qui est d'autant plus gratuite.

Simple and easy to set up, customizable and above all, quick and effective help when I needed it. They also have a nice feature where users easily can add suggestions to the app developers and where users can thumbs up or comment on others suggestions.

Tiana is very friendly and cleared all our doubts. I have some issues in adding Faq to our footer menu , she done in few minutes. She is very quick and responsive too. Surely recommend chatty app to all.
