Excellent app for Whatsapp and FAQs. We were using another app that added features that we don't need and the new features can't be removed. After looking at a few alternatives we found Avada having the features we wanted. The app is easy to use and configure. What is more amazing is the support! We got almost instantaneous replies from Jasmine and she, with their developer Tony helped us implement additional coding for the app to cater to our needs! And all these at zero cost under the free plan. This kind of service and support is unheard of in this industry. Can't get better than this. Highly recommended.

We were having an issue with copying and pasting our old FAQs into the Avada platform, as soon as I had this issue I was in contact with Hana within minutes and she was extremely helpful and was able to fix the issue for me swiftly. Some of the best technical support I've ever received for a Shopify app.

Tried a few apps for setting up contact/chat/faqs support bubble. Avadas app matched all our requirements. Love the features & customizability. Wanted to use a square icon instead of the default round icon. Contacted the built-in chat support, Esther and Will were very accommodating and made the changes for us under 5mins. A premium experience for a free plugin!
