Au top! Sunny était à l'écoute et ultra rapide pour prendre en main un problème sur l'affichage de la FAQ sur le site. Le problème que je n'arrivais pas à résoudre depuis plusieurs jours n'a mit que 10 minutes à disparaitre! La simplicité de l'app et le SAV sont au top !

Great app! Although some of the functions are still "rigid" and less flexible in terms of design it works great and makes your life easier in terms of FAQ management. Additionaly, Hana was a fantastic help with a very fast and clear support.

WOW. Firstly, this app provides exactly the functionality what I was looking for. It's easy to install and set up. But what blew me away was the help I received when I needed some support to make a couple of styling adjustments. Within seconds of sending a help request on the chat, technical support responded, and quickly added some custom code to fulfil my requests (thanks soooo much for your help Jasmine!). Wish all customer support was this good... Recommend A++

App utilissima per la pagina delle domande frequenti, per poter tracciare la spedizione e la possibilità di offrire vari modi di comunicare con il servizio clienti. Il tutto è accessibile dai clienti tramite una piccola icona sempre presente sul sito, quindi rende più semplice l'assistenza ai clienti in caso di domande o assistenza. Ho avuto necessità di contattare il supporto per alcune configurazioni e sono stati eccezionali, in pochissimi minuti hanno risolto tutto. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Abby per la sua gentilezza e professionalità.
