Frankly the best support I've ever come across. Lightning quick and they will even make little custom changes for you - mostly in just a few minutes. Tiana, Nikita and Mia are fantastic!! The app itself is perfect if you want to set up a help desk with FAQs. Not used the live chat yet but I can't wait to get going with that too! Love it.

Taking the chatty app for a test drive. So far looks like just the app I need. I hope to see an mobile app version to make it more mobile in the future. The support staff Tiana was very helpful. Thank you Tiana.

Einfach zu benutzen, viel Individialisierungsmöglichkeiten. Support ist auch sehr hilfreich, vor allem die nette Nikita hat mir schnell geholfen. Am besten gefält mir der Widget unten rechts, wo der Kunde schnell ganz viel Hilfe bekommt. Zum jetztigen Zeitpunkt sehr zu empfehlen!

The FAQ page has been set up for me, the colors have been adjusted, and it has been put on my website, super fast, quick response, all thanks to Lydia, really top service!

I contacted support to get my FAQ page up and running after it disappeared. Esther solved my problem in no time and was accommodating, precise and very efficient and had my page up and running in a few minutes. Nolan and Nikita were fantastic and most helpful in troubleshooting the issue I was facing. While I am only just setting up, I already see a lot of potential in Chatty and can't wait to begin using it at its full potential. Thank you team!
