Very simple, easy to install without seven layers of options. Really helpful that you can download on your phone so you can respond even out of the office if needed. Customer service agents are very friendly and personable and know what they're doing.

WOW. The best app from all of the available ones. Setup is so simple, everything is customisable. UI is perfect and easy to understand. Has even a phone app to be connected with customers anywhere you go! I Recommend it for everyone.

Convenient and simple feature that will help you to stay in touch with your customers. We are using this app for a few weeks and we are satisfied. The only thing I can think about that would make this app even cooler is a built in translator.

Opportunities: - Widget cannot be removed with specific px's. - Only default font poppins. Cannot select other fonts.
