I’ve been using Chatway for live chat customer support, and it has exceeded my expectations! The real-time engagement with customers has been seamless, thanks to its intuitive interface and robust features. I especially appreciate the mobile apps for iOS and Android, allowing my team to provide top-notch support from anywhere. Applicazione installata. Non la stiamo utilizzando molto ma al momento sembra funzionare bene. I messaggi arrivano tutti, anche se l’utente chiude momentaneamente il browser. In ogni caso, se l’utente dovesse chiudere definitivamente la chat, la nostra risposta gli arriva via mail. Nelle impostazione ci sono diverse lingue tra cui l’italiano. Tutto è molto facile e comprensibile, dall’installazione all’utilizzo.

I like this APP. It is simple straight forward and easy to set up. At the same time, it can support chat configurations with the same settings for different domain names, which is very useful to me.

Only just installed and tested, but already very pleased with the ease of use, the configuration options and the look and feel. If you're looking for a Live Chat for your store, look no further. This is the one you want.

Exceptional customer service! Marvin was quick and relentless in finding answers to my questions. The app is clean, easy to use and works perfectly. The mobile app is the same. No glitching or delays. This app is FREE with almost all paid features. Well worth it. Chatway puts many other live chat apps to shame. Well done guys :)

has worked great in every possible way i have needed. super simple and easy to use. the live chat feature sends me notifications and allows me to get back to clients at any time
