The Chatway app has been very useful and intuitive for me and my team! We receive immediate notifications as soon as a customer submits an inquiry and we're able to assign chats between our staff. The UI is very responsive and intuitive as well! 5/5 Stars!

This is the best chat app really , I would greatly appreciate the contribution of Marvin in our stores . I talk live to my clients. Clients have both options to remain anonymous or can sign up for notification of chat . Would love more features like product URL and other options in automatic chat

This app is great! The set up and customization was easy and fast. You get notifications on your email inbox or phone and you can easily give support to customers even when you are not on your computer!

Applicazione installata. Non la stiamo utilizzando molto ma al momento sembra funzionare bene. I messaggi arrivano tutti, anche se l’utente chiude momentaneamente il browser. In ogni caso, se l’utente dovesse chiudere definitivamente la chat, la nostra risposta gli arriva via mail. Nelle impostazione ci sono diverse lingue tra cui l’italiano. Tutto è molto facile e comprensibile, dall’installazione all’utilizzo.

I like this APP. It is simple straight forward and easy to set up. At the same time, it can support chat configurations with the same settings for different domain names, which is very useful to me.

Chatway ist wirklich super! Die intuitive Benutzeroberfläche macht es zum Kinderspiel, Kunden zu unterstützen. Die Live Chat Funktion ist effizient und verbindet uns problemlos mit unseren Kunden.
