This is the best chat app really , I would greatly appreciate the contribution of Marvin in our stores . I talk live to my clients. Clients have both options to remain anonymous or can sign up for notification of chat . Would love more features like product URL and other options in automatic chat

This app is great! The set up and customization was easy and fast. You get notifications on your email inbox or phone and you can easily give support to customers even when you are not on your computer!

Applicazione installata. Non la stiamo utilizzando molto ma al momento sembra funzionare bene. I messaggi arrivano tutti, anche se l’utente chiude momentaneamente il browser. In ogni caso, se l’utente dovesse chiudere definitivamente la chat, la nostra risposta gli arriva via mail. Nelle impostazione ci sono diverse lingue tra cui l’italiano. Tutto è molto facile e comprensibile, dall’installazione all’utilizzo.

This app has been great this whole time and I love how they have a app so I can get notifications and don’t have to keep checking a website on my phone and I get my inbox filled with messages I can reply to in minutes from anywhere

I have a third-party theme in my store and other applications did not work well! Chatway is a cool app! Very smart and understandable! Excellent support service) Many thanks to the people who did this! I definitely recommend this!

So far really loving this app. I had an issue using shopify inbox and looked for an alternative. This app seems to have everything I need and more! Really happy I found it. Looking forward to using it daily!

*inbox* It works incredibly well, and my customers can contact me anytime without delay! I get notifications instantly through the mobile app. If you want live chat for your site then look no further. Marvin has been amazing to talk to! I look forward to this app being developed further and see what other amazing features developers can come up with. The integration of the mobile app has been very smooth and not at all slow or laggy.
